I have had WB since Jan. 09,,, the usage meter has never worked,,,,,, You and a half dozen others at WB has promised to fix it four years ago... THEY ALL LIE,,,IT HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED.... Everything from day one, address, phone number, etc; all still the same,,, even the BANK THAT PAYS WB EACH MONTH FOR SERVICES THAT WE DON'T HAVE.
AFTER A FEW YEARS OF THIS AND ME OVER 70 YEARS OLD,, DAMIT,,I CAN YELL, You don't like it,,, fix the dam trouble..

Jan. 22 will be a year that I have not been able to see my usage.. Have talked with Tech. bunch four different times, last one was last week, said to give it 24 hours and it would work... Still don't ... "Not available at this time, please try again later...
Steve, I just started using excede and it won't go to many sites. facebook, gmail, our family banking sites, etc all time out. i also can't ping any of these sites. but i can get to several useless sites such as google or my sons games.
Hi Steve. Im a S.I. Dealer and currently have a few customers all whom are fmily. They have all contacted me saying none of them are able to get onto myfamily.com since upgrading to exede from wb and other services.
Im assuming its an internal DNS issue for the engineering dept.
Please if possible any help would be appreciated.

Ive been having Internet connection issues with my router. After a bit of searching the forums I found some posts from others with similar issues and saw some responses from you. Anyway, here's my issue:
My router seems to lose Internet connection every few days. Restarting the router sometimes fixes the issue. Sometimes I have to power down the modem. I've been through three different routers ( netgear, belkin and now Airport Extreme) and see the same behavior. I'm becoming convinced that the issue is not with the router.
Been trying to get 10 customers moved from a 12meg download area to a 5 meg, i followed all the procedures to get this done, send in the modems and radios, they sent the replacements, they gave us no other info except how to procede with the move as far as creating the new accounts. when we went to install the equipment, we later realized that these would have a new customer code, but we had already attempted to active some of these, and now they are locked and tech support says we have to return them again and get some new ones, is this the only way? or do you know of a way to reset the modems to where they will take the correct customer code?

Anyone have any idea why a site will not open with one modem but will with another? My customer cannot open realtracs.net except with opera. I can open the site with my showroom modem. I tried my laptop on both modems. I could open the site with my modem but not with his. Tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. None of them would open the sites even with security and firewall turned off. I also tried in safe mode. We are getting a message from the sites security (Clarety) indicating WB is the problem. WB CSR;s say the site is blocking WB or the modem is bad. Modem downloaded software - now ends in 2.0, previously .26. I opened at least a dozen other sites with absolutely no problem. Who thinks I should take the CSRs advice and replace the modem?
