The WildBlue Support Portal is temporarily closed.

Support Portal is closed
For the weekend of December 3 & 4, WildBlue will be upgrading its systems to prepare for the launch of our exciting new and faster services.

During this time, installers and dealers will not have access to the Support Portal or the Provisioning Systems. The following activities cannot be completed during this period:

  • New order entry
  • Order lookup
  • Repair Activates; including RMA and Close Truck Roll
  • New Installation Activates; including Provisioning and Account Setup

The Support Portal is expected to be back online late Sunday night, December 4th.
