    Default Question re: upgrading mid-month

I go through a co-op, but they're closed for the weekend and I'm just curious. Obviously if the answer is dramatically different between Exede direct customers and others, maybe someone who goes through a co-op or NRTC can help me out?

I'm at 83% with a few days to go until my meter resets on the 25th. I'm hoping to be able to keep things from going over, but you just never know. If I choose to upgrade to the next package partway through the billing cycle (I'm on 15 GB right now), would I be charged for a full month of 25 GB/month service? Or just partial payment, or would it simply wait until my next cycle and bill me for a month of 15 GB, then start the next month as 25 GB?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer!

When I moved from 7.5 to 15, they pro-rated the month.

Hi peririddle, I understand you have some questions about switching packages. I would like to help. Please PM me your name, a contact telephone number and the best time to call you.

When you switch between packages, your bill will be pro-rated, like Gimp said. You will only be charged for each package for the time that you have the package.
