My usage meter just started registering again...about 11am....it does not show what I used yesterday...just what I used this morning..but it is operational again...

Maybe something was also fixed for the LNFZ during this time...if you're one of those that are in a Dapped (slowed down) condition try it tonight after midnight and see if your speeds are restored..

Well you narrowed it down...probably reset at 7pm your local time, since that's midnight GMT...I'm pretty sure that's the way mine reset on the 24th but I did not monitor it as closely as you did..

It's also possible that the LNFZ is operating on GMT instead of your local time...I personally have not tried it...but if it's on GMT you might get LNFZ starting at 7pm until they fix it..

To my awareness, via Networx, LNFZ may be working for this NRTC user.

I am in the middle of my billing cycle and the meter shows zero data used. Streamed a couple movies last week and was curious about how much data I have used.

    Default Usage Meter not updating

My usage meter reset to zero on the appropriate date. It registered .1 GB usage that day and another .1GB the following day. It has registered ZERO additional usage over the next 20 days. I have weekend visitors who are heavy users so I really need to know where I stand.

I'm new to this forum but thought I'd jump in here. My usage meter has been "frozen" for 3 days. I'm running blind. No help from the help desk. I'm probably not going to hear back until after the Labor Day holiday. Is this the sane as others here described?

It's not an exact science to tell why your usage meter is frozen...WB/Exede are pretty tight-lipped about explaining these occurrences...but I do know that sometimes when the meters are frozen for a while means they are working on a problem...either software or server problems and they freeze the counters until they're finished..

Sometime this is just for a few customers and sometimes it freezes for everyone for a while...and, there's no sure way of knowing if what usage you incur during the meter down time will be added or ignored when the meters are back online..

I just chalk this off as a new technology, new software, a lot of new hardware and new employees trying to get all the bugs out of the system..

No comfort there for you, but is the best explanation available...

    Default Frozen Usage Meters

I sincerely appreciate the opinion that this is a new technology and it may take a while to work out all the bugs. This is a logical and reasonable conclusion. However, If exceeding usage limits is going to cost customers money and great inconvenience, I feel that WB/Excede owes us frequent progress reports when they are having technical difficulties. Leaving us in the dark when so many have expressed their concerns is just bad business. They are on the right track with the LNFZ. Now they need to pratice a little old-fashioned customer service.
