I just logged into my usage page OK...I'm contracted directly with Wildblue and my email/log-in name ends in @wildblue.net.
Who are you contracted with and what is in your email/log-in name after the "@" symbol?

It came back after an hour I am @ wildblue also.
My usage meter is just a gray, rectangular box with no information in it. It turns to a lighter gray when I hover my mouse over it but no information. It's like a need an update for flashplayer, java, shockwave or something?
