    Default I finally did it!!!!

I finally have a download FAP!!

After 4 years of having WB I've finally used 17,000+ MB. I went into the weekend being at 90% (due to OS downloads from the last week) and knowing this I still pushed it because the CrossFit games were being streamed all weekend.

So as of right now I'm at 100.8% (17,134 MB) and I'm sure more will be added during the next 24 hours. Now I get to try the "one time reset"... hopefully it works!

Usage is not being counted right now. Have you been slowed?

Not yet... and I'm still on the legacy system. I've already been chatting with support but they can't do the "one time" reset until the FAP actually sets in.

A quick 2 minute chat with support and FAP restriction is now removed! Now lets see how long it takes for the usage meter to reset.

Thanks for the information and resolution. I did not know about that policy for Legacy customers.

Yeah it's been kicking around the forum for a few years now. It's definitely not advertised but Support has no problem offering it up for first time FAP violators.

One thing that is nice Support is making sure you know why the FAP happened before you get the reset.

I was fapped on 8-5-2012 and was still below the 17,000 threshold and despite customer service saying such they still had to use my one time reset to get it removed even though something was amiss on their end, glad I'm out of contract this month and now wireless is available.

Look before you jump...and test it out before jumping...Unless its WiMax, with a provider with bandwidth, I would not consider jumping. My local WISP is a good one, but I would have to install a tall tower, and run a repeater setup.

Internet pipes are not cheap...old story!
