You can't change your username without calling customer service for help.

You can change your password, which will effect your email password as well. Go here and log-in and set your password to what you want, but be sure to change your password on any email client you may use, like Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Thunderbird.

If you can log into your account from the above link you can set up secondary email accounts and choose the username and password you want, but you need to log into your primary account you got when you signed up for Wildblue.

If you can't sign into the page above you will need to call Customer Services and they will help you reset everything..it can't be done from this forum..

When you log into the site above, change your password to something temporary, then change it back to what you want...when you set your password via the link I gave you it sets the same password used for this forum, your email and for your google homepage...

Whatever password you setup in the "Manage my account" will cause that password to be used here on the forum, your email and for your google personalized home page...one place to change password for all 3 of these locations..
