Same here and customer service could not even confirm an outage......
They scheduled a service call with me telling them the whole time it was on there end. I have never got any help by calling. Reps are nice, but are without any tools to work with. Canned response is reboot everything, and I tell em I did that while I was on hold for 40 minutes..........Sad system to say the last. To bad cause when it works it does fairly well.
Now I can tell em to cancel the service call, of course that is if they call to confirm as they said they would.......
