Thread: What the heck is wrong with the view bill site?

Even after i pm a wildblue person and after calling many times, i never got the copies i requested. I finally filed a complaint with the FCC and that is when wildblue took action. Makes me so angry that they mess around with me until I actually file a complaint with the Feds. They should have sent it out the first time each of us called so if your wildblue friend that just posted doesn't pull through file and fcc complaint. Took about a month and they sent me the statements from the last 5 months.

Many thanks to Exede Nick, Moderator; I received my detailed bill for August.

The new Exede service is great. Exede usually holds out longer than the satellite TV during a storm or heavy rainfall.

Does anyone know when the bill view issues will be repaired?

Default Billing Errors? View Bill Site Errors?

After almost seven years of flawless monthly billing from Wildblue, last month my bill was $20 less than normal. I tried logging into the View Bill site but it says my ID/Password is invalid. I can easily log into my WildBlue Home Page, configure emails, view my account information and configuration, but can not log into the view bill page. I tried a password reset, which seemed once again to work for everything but the view bill site. I haven't changed anything on my end and wonder what is going on at WB that I suddenly have a "discount". Guess I will wait and see what happens next month.

I am also unable to retrieve my billing information, or change my cc info - which I need to do because I got a new number last month. It would not allow me to change the info prior to last month's billing and they turned me off. I called and the tech person played dumb and told me it was because I changed my password and I have to give it 24 hours. It's now been 72 and I still can't log in and I'm tired of calling. Fix it already. I have no faith in the technical knowledge of employees, so I'm leery of continuing to call and giving my credit card info to make "one time payments". I just want to be able to access MY information, is that too much to ask?

Can you send me your account information, Mtdew999? I apologize that you have not been able to access that page recently, we want to get that fixed as soon as possible for you.

Fixed? Now I can't even log into the useless igoogle page. If I end up calling customer service again, I will probably just cancel my service. I have heard that hughesnet will service this are. I am not sure that wildblue cares about their customers, they probably know that the only reason anyone uses their service is because they can't otherwise access the internet. I had less problems with my 24K dial up.

    Default same problem

Cannot access bill using link provided by Wildblue. Called Wildblue support 60 days ago. No resolution.

    Default Fix

Okay, I figured out why my billing info would not come up

If you can see your usage info, but you can not see your billing information try the following:
    1) Log in to the customer portal page: https://myaccount.wildblue.net:8443/...net/portal.jsp
    2) click the 'Manage Acount' tab
    3) Highlight and copy the email address that displays just above your account number
    4) Go to the WildBlue Customer Page: https://ecare.wildblue.net/pages/billHistory.xhtml
    5) Past your email address that you copied from your 'Manage Account' page in the username field
    6) Type in your password and click login.

Hope this works for everyone... I think the username for this page is case sensitive where as on the usage page it doesn't matter....
