    Default Oh hey another outage

Sorry if these threads are irritating, but this is how i keep track. It's easier to just make a new thread every time as opposed to calling the 800 number, being put on hold for 20 minutes and then have the call disconnected.

2+ hours this time. Always on a thursday late afternoon if memory serves. Seems like too much of a coincidence to be just "outages"

Well, they didn't refix my usenet downloads...still up to 3Mbps and back to zero over and over lol

Also, i can't stream even standard definition youtube videos. play for 10 seconds...freeze/buffer....repeat. And it won't buffer more than 10 seconds if you pause it So no pausing something for 5 minutes and coming back to a fully buffered video

45 minutes so far into a 300mb download and still about 10% left. This is laughable

I have been down as well since about 0130 due to gateway issues. Such is life with satellite internet. Back to bed.

I don't understand why satellite internet is so acceptably unreliable? I know it's different than TV but I had dish network for 10+ years and i can count on one hand the number of times it just went down for no reason on my end (weather/warped dish)
