Hopefully I am posting this properly. New to this forum and a 2 day WB customer
Two things occur to me which no one seems to address: I was told that...
1. The service is "throttled down" when you reach 80% of your 7.5 gb. What exactly does that mean to me? I pay for 7.5 gb of throughput up and down at the advertised speed of approx.12 gb. It sounds like that in reality it's 5.76 gb of data at the advertised speed then down to "whatever" speed.
2. I have observed what appears to be a fair sized amount of data being sent from the modem up and down with NO computer attached. With only 7.5 gb plus or minus 1.74 gb this can be a concern. Has anyone pondered these issues.
