    Default TRIA Temp

My TRIA temp is 80 degrees C. Is this normal? That is 176 degrees fahrenheit. Current outside in sun temp is 94 degrees fahrenheit.

If the tria is in direct sunlight at sumertime, it will be hot enough to fry an egg, whether powered or not.

Mine is currently at 70 degrees C and it's not in direct sunlight now..I'm sure it gets to 80 during the hot part of the day, so the Tria must be designed to run at high temps...

They probably hotbox these TRIAs to nearly 100C. You could always build a solar powered 120mm fan that's waterproof that would blow air over the airfins on the TRIA.
