Thread: separate the exede threads from wildblue

Question separate the exede threads from wildblue

It would be nice and much easier for people if the thread's for exede where separated from the legacy wildblue threads.

Right now it is a pain in the neck to try and sort through a thread , and decipher weather someones needed help with one or the other. Also which one is having service issues !

Just a thought , I figure this thread will get buried with the rest i posted anyway!

Thank you. We're already making a plan to add some structure to the forum for Exede. Stay tuned!

Default Bad Information worse than no information

Been on Exede about 4 months now and I have experienced several problems in the evening where the internet connection was unavailable and the modem was repeatedly rebooting and doing whatever modems do when confused. Calling tech support has been a giant waste of time as the know-nothings on the night shift just run you around in circles to no benefit. The following day, all seems to work normally.

It is pretty evident that the problem is with WB/Exede but they either don't have the information or they are intentionally covering up operational failures and all they do is waste your time. Invariably they are language-challenged and technically clueless and just reading from a script that they really don't understand.

I wish WB/Exede would work on improving communications with users about system outages rather than wasting our time with bad information. Better to own up to the problems than to claim they aren't there.

    Paul
