I had exede 2 hours when it failed.it restored in about an hour Five days ago it went out and was supposed to have tech come out on SAturday.No show1Called tech support and they said something happened to scheduling computer and would have someone out today,Monday but no one came.called again and she said(Cindy)that it was "escalated" and some one would call me in 72 hours(escalation??) and then said they would have 30 days to get someone out!(30 days???).This is not service.This is a scam!! AS Vince Lombardi exclaimed"what the hell is going on out there?"
