Default Wildblue Original Plan Caps Should Reset to Zero

Why Can’t the Usage Reset to Zero For the Original Plans. It wouldn’t harm anything. No matter what, we would still have 17GB each month. For example.

If I used 200MB on the 10th of last month and used 300MB today, my usage meter would only climb 100MB. I’m still using 300MB. So what would be the big deal if they reset it to zero. I think it would provide a better user experience in my opinion and make things a lot less confusing. I really think it's worth a try. Everyone else who agrees should email wildblue.

For the price of $80, I should get the full 17GB each month.

You do get your full FAP allowance each thirty days, you just have to be careful not to exceed it, same as with the DAP policy, but the penalties are a bit different.

With DAP an overage takes until your billing date to cure. With FAP an overage takes until 30% roll off to cure.

What e-mail address for Wildblue might be effective?
Forum defenestrator and not a Wildblue employee. Good people ought to be armed as they will, with wits and Guns and the Truth.

Its called Corporation GREED. Also why they changed from FAP to DAP.

FAP they just slapped you with lower speeds.

DAP they create a way to seal the deal with more money from you.
