I have been told several different things about the FAP. I am wondering how long it will take to get my percentage below 70. It's at 75 now and Im not doing hardly anything on my computer.
One tech person said that I would be slower until I got to 70%. Another said I was not being restricted on my speed.
I just went up to the pro package because I had been slowed down. Im not doing anything different than I have for the last several years that I have been with WB.
Not sure what is happening but my numbers are not going down.

If you upgraded to the pro pak it should take you out of Fap...it sometimes takes 24 hours for the new package to be active, and you have to remove power to your WB modem for a few minutes, the repower, for the new settings to take effect.

Your usage rolls off each day based on what you did 30 days ago...what you do today is added, what you did 30 days ago is subtracted, this calculation takes place every day, hence the term "rolling 30 day window"...so it could take 2 or 3 weeks, depending on your past and present usage.

Wow. Thanks for that explanation! I will remove the power from Modem when I get home and see if that helps.

My usage % is finally going down. Within the last week it has dropped over 10%. I figured out that it was a bonus checker (that collects all bonuses from all friends) that was using it all up. I still use it, only set the options to only "grab" certain gifts and bonuses...LOL Anyway, My download is 61%an d upload has dropped to 20%. Im still getting to do everything I need to do and since getting the pro pack, my speeds are good. I have not done a speed test and might do one just to see.
Anyway, was just going to share that I found out what my problems was and have taken care of it. Im a happy camper.
