    Default Restore Tokens

Well, you know how HughesNet has those Restore Tokens right? You should give 1 every 2 months that someone doesn't get FAPPED and that should lower their amount used by like 10%. The people that use this service fairly should be rewarded a little.

That must be some veiled sarcasm.

Agreed. Anticipating Via-Sat 1-known about project since 10/09 when we joined WB.
The reason I feel customers should have this option is because we understand how to use the service.

Am I the only person that thinks this?

This? I "understand how to use the service," and fairly too.

But, if we use the service properly and don't get FAP'd, then why would we need any "restore tokens?" As long as I'm staying within my bandwidth limits, which I always have, what benefit is it to me to have my used amount lowered? It would seem to me that if someone needs a token, then they probably don't deserve one.

This works best for HughesNet since they have a daily cap. Must easier to go over doing activities most people do. You won't be listening to an online radio with that kind of cap....

Two, or even one for that matter, a year would be nice for those unexpected mishaps. It's true that some users would abuse the system, but there are times when otherwise honest people make an honest mistake, which is why I would support a one time get out of jail free card every so often.
Excede customer; clueless about which beam, but really don't care as long as it works. Still a HughesNet defectee.
