All traffic through your modem adds to FAP volume, not just your intentional gaming and browsing traffic. Malware/virus traffic counts and so does theft of your service through your unsecured modem.

Your best bet is to call customer services and voice your concern...they can tell you the exact amount you used and on what day for the past 30 days..

And as you know, your current usage is the sum of all you used for the past 30 days...

Well I run Symantec Norton Internet Security and a virtually unsecured router and I've never gone over 70%, and WB apparently agrees with my numbers.

There are logical proofs, statistical proofs of many sorts, and three legal standards of proof (beyond reasonable doubt in criminal court, by the preponderance of the evidence in civil court) including proof in the court of public opinion - guilty as charged on my say so!

A false premise, like a universally quantified negative, cannot be proven. They may be falsified but never can they be verified or validated.

Doug in my opinion your a just a suck up. I have taken all the measures to ensure that it's not on my end I have called CS the only answer I get is Check out our Usage page. Since i'm sure that you have all the answers but NOT an Employee of Wildblue or Viasat then I will just keep Turning in complaints to the FCC and the FTC as well as the BBB. Till i get something done. I have noticed that many People Complain about the same thing I am.. thats why I am taking all the right measures to Prove to myself that WB is wrong and letting my Attorney see the Proof.. I'm Not going to be responding to any more of your Post it is a waist of My time and Bandwidth. This is between Wildblue and Plenty of other people.

Let's all play nice and get along without name calling. Hundak the Wildblue employees will be back on Monday and will see your post. Until then nothing can be done.

Complaining to the BBB and government agencies should be a last resort. And if you go that route, you will not receive any help here from WildBlue.

You're free to call in and voice your concern. They should be able to unfap you (once only).

So it's ok for Viasat (AKA Wildblue) to receive a $19.5 Million Grant to launch this new satillite from the Federal Government but it is not allright for a Person to File a complaint with any Fed. agency about Wildblue???????? Makes no since to me...
